EJ20/EJ25 Rebuilt Engines – Short blocks

R1 EJ20/EJ25

ENTRY LEVEL
    • Our R1 entry level EJ20/EJ25 Turbo engine starts with a serviceable engine case that has undergone an advanced chemical cleaning process that brings the aluminium back close to new. (We do not use abrasive material for cleaning) Each engine case is torque plated, bored & honed (subject to requirement) with the deck surface ground to ensure proper head gasket sealing.
    • The engine is then fitted with a new crankshaft and connecting rods (We do not fit linished or used crankshafts nor second hand/closed or honed con rods to our engines).
    • Our aim is to offer the best and most reliable rebuilt Subaru engine in the country!
    • The engine is then assembled using KR bearings that support the crankshaft in rotation. We ensure that every part of our rotating assembly meets OEM specifications. NPR combined Nickel piston rings are used to withstand higher combustion temperatures. Genuine Subaru seals & o’rings combined with factory approved sealing compounds minimise the chances of oil leaks.
    • Each Short engine is fitted an Oil pump, and supplied with genuine Subaru head gaskets.

 

R2 EJ20/EJ25

PERFORMANCE
    • Our R2 EJ20/EJ25 Turbo engine undergoes the same cleaning & preparation process as the R1.
      This engine is also fitted with a new crankshaft and connecting rods (We do not fit linished or used crankshafts nor second hand/closed or honed con rods to our engines).
    • The R2 engine is fitted with Wossner or JE-FSR Forged pistons (subject to availability) combined with NPR Nickel piston rings.
    • The engine is then assembled using KR bearings that support the crankshaft in rotation. We ensure that every part of our rotating assembly meets OEM specifications. NPR combined Nickel piston rings are used to withstand higher combustion temperatures. Genuine Subaru seals & o’rings combined with factory approved sealing compounds minimise the chances of oil leaks.
    • Each Short engine is fitted an Oil pump, and supplied with Pro S Head gaskets.
    • (The R2 engine can be upgraded to High strength head studs at an additional cost)

 

P3 EJ20/EJ25

HIGH PERFORMANCE
    • Our P3 EJ20/EJ25 Turbo engine employs a new EJ207/EJ257 Semi-closed deck engine case, combine with an induction nitride STi Forged crankshaft with STi Forged connecting rods.
    • (We do not fit linished or used crankshafts nor second hand/closed or honed con rods to our engines).
    • The R3 engine is fitted with Wossner or JE-FSR Forged pistons (subject to availability) combined with NPR Nickel piston rings.
    • The engine is then assembled using KR bearings that support the crankshaft in rotation. We ensure that every part of our rotating assembly meets OEM specifications. NPR combined Nickel piston rings are used to withstand higher combustion temperatures. Genuine Subaru seals & o’rings combined with factory approved sealing compounds minimise the chances of oil leaks.
    • Each Short engine is fitted a new 12mm Oil pump, and supplied with Pro S Head gaskets.
